Crab Rangoon Cheese Ball
Everyone in my house loves Crab Rangoon so this is the perfect appetizer.

Ingredients
8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
1 1/2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion, reserve the greenest part for garnishing the outside of the cheese ball.
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. soy sauce

Directions
1. Soften cream cheese then mix all ingredients together to form the cheese ball, reserving the green part of the green onion.

2. Once cheese ball is formed, roll it in the green part of the green onion.

3. Serve with fried wonton wrappers or your favorite chips or crackers.

My mom gave me this recipe.  It was a childhood favorite!  Crabby, cheesy, tasty!  You can freeze the English muffins with the mixture if you want, and then thaw and use as needed.

Ingredients
1 stick butter, softened
1 jar (5oz) sharp old English cheese spread
6 oz can lump crab meat
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp season salt (lawry's)
1 package English muffins, split



Directions
  1. Preheat broiler on high
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients.  Spread the mixture on the split English muffins.  Arrange on a cookie sheet and freeze. Once frozen put in plastic bags to store.


To Cook:
  1. Broil until the cheese mixture is bubbly and slightly browned. Cut into 8 pieces and serve hot.
